Do I have to order a minimum number of shirts?

We DO NOT have an order minimum. You can order just one shirt or as many as you need. For pricing information take a look at our price list.

Is there a setup fee for each order?
Since there is minimal setup and no screens required to use a DTG printer, we DO NOT charge any setup fees.

What's your turnaround time ?
Orders are typically completed in 1-5 business days.

Do you offer affordable rush jobs?
Yes! Rush jobs can be completed in 24-48 hrs. for an affordable rate. Email us if you require rush work.

How do I choose and order t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.? When you contact us with your order details, we will work with you to select your garments. We have access to wholesalers that offer a wide variety of apparel and order them for you at wholesale prices. The cost of the garment plus tax will be added to your printing service fees.

What type of image file do you require?

• We accept Adobe Photoshop (.psd) (.png) and Illustrator (.ai) files.
• Make sure all non-vector (pixel) files are at least 300dpi.
• All font layers are rasterized or converted to outlines.
• Remove all backgrounds or colors you do not want to print. Alpha background.
• Please make the image the exact size you want it printed.

  On every print order, we strive to exceed your expectations and deliver high-quality products. However, should you find a defective piece in your order, we will reprint that piece at no extra charge.

  Can you print more than four colors?
  Yes! Unlike traditional silk screen printing, you are not limited to just four colors (CMYK) -- a DTG printer can produce over 16 million colors.What is the largest size image that you can print?

We can print images up to 12"x18".

What is the highest resolution image that you can print?

We can print graphics with up to 300 dpi. Traditional silk screen printing is limited to approximately 72 dpi.

Can you handle gradients in a graphic?

Yes. We can print photo-quality images, so we can definitely handle gradients, halftones, etc. See our samples page for some examples.

Can you only print on white or light-colored shirts?

We can print on any color garment. Unlike older DTG technology, we can also print white on dark garments.

What types of fabrics can you print on?

We can print on almost any fabric except nylon. However, we prefer to print with 100% cotton garments. The more cotton the garment contains, the more vibrant the image will be.

How is the washability on a DTG print?

Garments printed using DTG technology have excellent washability because the ink actually penetrates into the fabric. Unlike silk screen and heat transfers, your image will not crack or peel off after a few washes.
